1. Visit https://eservices.immigration.go.tz/visa/ and fill the required info

Required Documents

1. Copy of the applicant’s valid passport (biographic data page);
2. Return ticket of the flight;
3. Dully filled in declaration form https://afyamsafiri.moh.go.tz/#/home
4. 50 USD visa fee.
